How it works
- Sign in with your work email and tell us your website. If the two don't match, we send a code to an address on your site.
- Accept the one-page agreement.
- You're dexed. We read your website every night. New homes, price changes, "under offer" and removals follow within 24 hours.
- Each month you get a short report: how often your homes appeared in AI answers, and how many people clicked through to you.

What does it cost?
Nothing to list. No fee per enquiry and no paid spots. We run Homedex at cost, not for profit: any future paid extras would be optional and priced to cover costs.
Where do enquiries go?
To you. Every button links to the home on your own website, tagged ?ref=homedex, so you can see those visits in your own stats. If you give us a branch email, people can also message you from the Homedex page: we check their email address and pass the message straight to you. We never keep or sell leads.
What do we have to do?
About two minutes. Sign in with your work email, tell us your website, and accept the agreement. That's it. No feeds, no uploads, no tech work.
Does it change our Rightmove or Zoopla listings?
No. Keep them as they are. Homedex is an extra, free way to be found. We only read your own website, never the portals. (It's worth checking your portal contract lets you list elsewhere. Most do.)
Can we leave?
Yes, any time, from your dashboard. Your homes come off Homedex within 24 hours, and our copies of your photos and descriptions are deleted. We keep the basic facts (prices, status and dates) for area history.
