Report a listing or photo

Is something wrong? Does a photo show a person? Tell us and we'll take it down.

How to ask

Email agents@homedex.uk with:

• the page link, or the Homedex number (it looks like HX-TQ9-00423);
• which photo, if it's just one (count from the first);
• what's wrong, and who you are (the agent, the owner, or someone in the photo).

What happens next

• A photo of a person, or anything that puts someone at risk: gone the same day.
• Everything else: sorted within 2 working days.
• Once it's gone, it stays gone. Our crawler won't add it back. We tell search engines and other services the page is gone.
• We keep a short note of what we removed, when and why.

Is it the agent's listing?

Homedex shows what agents put on their own websites. If the listing is wrong, tell the agent too, so they fix it at the source.
